1. Salary: Approximately monthly305,640Yen ~ Approx.421,680Yen　
   (Includes a 20% regional allowance. Salary will be determined based on educational background, work experience, etc. Salary increase system in place.)
2. Allowances: Commuting allowance, housing allowance, and family allowance (if certain requirements are met), bonus (twice a year), retirement allowance (paid depending on length of service)
3. Insurance: Enrolled in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Mutual Aid Association (health insurance and employee pension), employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.

1. Working hours
   8：30～17：15（うち7時間45分）（休憩時間　13：00～14：00）
   *However, during spring, summer, and winter breaks, the break time is from 12:00 to 13:00.
2. Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period.
   Other days designated by the president
