This system is for international students living in private apartments, etc., who cause accidents such as accidental fires or water leaks, and damage other people's property and are liable for damages. In addition to paying insurance benefits in the event of residual disability due to injury, rent payments to the landlord are delayed for some reason, or if it is necessary to repair or restore the rented room to its original state, the joint guarantor will cover the costs for this.
